Tivo is one of the best bars to emerge from the Wyndham Street boom, with its chic and warm design and its friendly atmosphere. Tivo (the last part of “aperitivo”) wanted to be the Hong Kong answer to the trendy Italian bars of Milan. Mission accomplished: like in Milan, you will find a good selection of red and white wines by the glass, you can eat pizza and pasta and the staff even offers you, from time to time, complimentary appetizers, an old and wonderful Italian tradition. What you will not find in Milan are the extravagant signature cocktails (from $69-$135), including the decadent Zest Cheesecake, probably the most indulgent cocktail in Hong Kong containing fresh raspberries and Chambord layered with lemon zest, vanilla vodka, mascarpone cheese, vanilla liqueur and cream. Absolutely delicious.
