Thou Shalt Rock at Club Cixi

Hailing from Geneva and described as the prog-metal version of Alice in Chains, the band has put out their debut album in the papers last year and toured Japan. During their upcoming third Japan tour, the band will land in China for the very first time. Get ready for their dark, powerful and wild roaring at The Underground Presents Djizoes in Hong Kong. The show starts at 8pm and the line-up also includes Gong Wu, Darkness Pool and Cock Fight. Do not miss Monogel's first performance, F.T.T, Thinking Out Loud and Comaches. DJ Antwone at Tivo Wine Bar

Tivo Wine bar in the Wyndham street entertainment strip will be showcasing some of the world's finest DJs weekly from Wed-Sat 10pm onwards. Catch DJ Antwone from Canada with influences by old Funk Classics and Disco as well as the latest cutting edge house sounds. Antwone was previously DJ at many of Bangkok's top venues, with full-time residencies at the award winning Mystique, the famous Bed Supperclub, Lucile Disco, Distil & Syn Bar. Through-out Asia he has played gigs at ZOUK Club and ATTICA (Singapore), Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai, and Korea. MTV also featured Antwone to perform at the 2006 MTV Siloso New Years Splash Party playing to over 10,000 people! Aerobics Aeros at HK Cultural Centre

Work on Aeros began back in 1997, culminating in a world premiere in Milan, Italy. Be sure to watch this innovative physical dance theatre presentation now in Hong Kong designed to leave you breathless. Aeros has changed many times through the years. The production has always been a work in progress, to keep the movements so extreme and fresh. Tickets range from $320 to $120, with performances starting on July 11th . Summer Love Music Festival at RTG

On the 12th July the Plump DJs, Hyper and DJ Orange will be returning to Hong Kong for this year's Summer Love Music Festival in Tuen Mun. Regulars to the city and well known to the breaks music community worldwide, the Plump DJs and Hyper will be laying down the latest tunes at this newly discovered outdoor location in the New Territories along with HK acts by Joe Chan, Ryan Li and Bomb. Bask in this festive spirit with tickets going at $480 for early-birds otherwise it's $680 on walk-in.

Piano Recital by Mary Wu at City Hall

Named one of the Hong Kong Top Ten Outstanding Young Persons in 2003, International Mozart Bicentenary Competition of Asia winner Mary Mei-Loc Wu has given all-Chopin and all-Ravel concerts. Come Sunday, Piano Recital by Mary Wu will be abit more mixed, with works by Chopin and Ravel as well as Albeniz and Beethoven.
