Dear Editor,
Eating out night after night is so over. I ain’t an expert at cooking and wish to learn? Please offer me suggestions on some great cooking classes. Thanks!

Dear Ms Wong,
Don't worry. It's all about getting in the kitchen and doing it yourself. Sign up for one of the many cooking classes and get some help from the experts. Cooking with the Stars at Kowloon Shangri-La is a series of cooking classes under the tutelage of the hotel's chefs specializing in various cuisines such as Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Malaysian, Thai and pastry. Each student takes home tips to preparing a delicious meal, recipes from the classes, a certificate and a completely satisfied appetite.
Towngas Cooking Centre teaches the art of "gourmet flame cookery." After watching the instructor's demonstration and tasting the final product, students can collect their own ingredients and purchase cookware before heading home to re-create these gourmet dishes.
Explore the joy of cooking with Superlife Culture Club's classes where professional chefs demonstrate a wide range of cuisines. Students get to make the dishes themselves using fresh ingredients from City'super.
