Fire Up Your Senses At Roka

Enormously successful in London, Roka is now open at Hong Kong's exclusive Pacific Place Mall. This follows hot on the heels of Roka group's highly publicized launch in The Venetian Macau Resort Hotel in Macau last year. This new kid on the block has already captured the crowd with its refreshing and well-executed Japanese fare that's courtesy of award-winning chef, Rainer Becker.

Step inside this 155-seater eatery inspired by the four elements of earth, fire, water and air and the hip quotient instantly soars. Signature dishes include delicious meats from the Robata charcoal grill such as Kochijan fuumi no kohitsuji (lamb cutlets with hot pepper spices and gindara); and saikyo-zuke no kushiyaki (black cod skewers with gingered saikyo miso). The menu includes a choice of Robata skewers as well as tempting Robata vegetables served fresh from the grill. In addition to the Robata items, its market-fresh sashimi and maki sushi rolls along with an enormous selection of unique Roka snacks, salads, rice, noodles as well as specialties such as a range of donburi and gyoza dishes also hits the target bulleye. Roka is a whole new dining experience in itself and you'd be impressed with the quality control!

Exclusive Entertainment

My friend and I are tired of sitting next to noisy patrons in the restaurants. For our next gathering, we would like to have a private space to enjoy ourselves. We are looking at numbers between 6-20. Can you suggest some venues?
