Dear Editor,
Pasta is one of my favourite dishes. I can't seem to get enough of it. I'm running out of interesting places to satisfy my cravings, so please guide me.

Dear Racheal,
This Italian dish has certainly captured the hearts of many. Check out Aspasia in the stylish Luxe Manor smacked in the popular entertainment district of Knutsford Terrace for some pasta expertise. There is a selection of gourmet pasta dishes to complement the restaurants a la carte menu such as abalone carpaccio with caviar burrata and angel hair showcasing the versatility and luxuriousness of this ingredient.
On the other hand, Grassini - the popular Italian breadstick lends its name to Grand Hyatt Hong Kong's renowned restaurant specializing in authentic Italian cuisine with its amazing home-made pastas. The home-made tagliatelle with bolognese and Sardinian seafood pasta cooked like a risotto are some of the favourites.
Or look forward to a hearty Italian feast at Angelini which also features an array of pastas such as homemade flat small pasta with farm raised squab and moro cheese and homemade ravioli with white Tuscan beans, shrimp and pancetta (my favourite!)
Bon Appetit!
