Food
The selections are enticing from the personalized tasting menus, fresh daily specials to a carefully designed menu of Tuscan classics, all boasting the chef’s unique culinary innovations and persistence of fresh ingredients, many imported straight from Italy. The addictive parsley and olive dip with the breadbasket is worth mentioning as a very welcoming note to begin the meal. Signature lemon herb scented organic beef carpaccio is heightened with the rich tastes of shaved foie gras, porcini salsa and white truffle dressing. Aside from the decadent dishes of Wagyu beef cheek ravioli, Italian wild boar ragout tagliatelle is just as inviting. Pasta is served under a melting Italian egg and shaved pecorino cheese. Pastas can be ordered in half portions. Succulent porcini crusted Australian lamb rack is perfectly cooked and lives up to the restaurant’s theme of high quality fresh ingredients. It can be well accompanied by the creamy and flavourful black truffle mash on the side. With reasonably sized portions, there is room for classic Tiramisu or home-made gelato.

The wine list is dominated by an extensive range of high-priced Italian wines. There are four to five selections of red and white wines by the glass.
