Imperial Court is located on the right hand side of the MGM Grand Macau entrance. The ceiling is high with gorgeous columns. Walking through the long corridor, you will reach a spacious yard. The décor of the restaurant combines east and west, making it an excellent choice for family reunions and business social banquets.
Celebrated Hong Kong chef Chau Chong came up with an innovative menu at Imperial Court to suit varied palates. The restaurant introduces a new dish this summer - Double-boiled Shark's Fin in Papaya - that is definitely worth a try. The savory taste of shark's fin added to sweet papaya leaves you with an unforgettable impression. Another recommended dish is Steamed Crab Claws Filled with Egg White Sauce. The sweet crab claw and the smooth and tender egg white was incredibly tasty and cannot be missed.
