Tapping on the popularity of the "Sex and the City" movie, Sevva hired beverage specialist Joseph Boroski, who made cameo appearances, to blend and design cocktails for the restaurant.
His creations range from the world's most popular exotic cocktail, "the Mojito; Sevva style" to one of the pioneers in cocktail innovation, the "Bloody Mary in Asia" to even "Cabbage Caiparina" for the more adventurous bar-goers. Joseph has also included wine cocktails which are becoming quite popular on the world's mixing stage. One of the newest on the cocktail menu would be "I know I'm Beautiful", which incorporates a red and a white wine, with additions of fruits, cognac and liqueur. These unique cocktails are priced between HK$110 - 150.
Alongside an exotic cocktail menu, it serves a selection of rare vintage wines, New World labels and fine champagnes as well as some light bites. Don't miss this chance of experimenting truly unique cocktails with an Asian twist.
