Harlan's pulls off a Gastronomic Coup

All guests who present their tickets to any performance at Hong Kong Cultural Centre can enjoy the exclusive menus in this sophisticated atmosphere. Sheraton Hong Kong now presents a special two-course Dinner Menu and a Dessert & Drink Menu at Oyster & Wine Bar and Sky Lounge for all art lovers and connoisseurs.

The Dinner menu is priced at HK$380 per person allows a choice of any two of the three courses - the starter, main course and dessert and is available from 6pm to 7:30pm; 10pm to 11:30pm. The show continues with their late night Dessert & drink menu at HK$210 per person available from 10pm to 11:30pm every night.

Saga Beef at Island Shangri La Hong Kong

Often referred to as the caviar of beef, the Japanese Saga breed makes an appearance at Nadaman the Japanese restaurant in Island Shangri La Hong Kong. With a reputation for being exclusively tender and incomparable in taste, guests can enjoy this gourmet hit over lunch and dinner this July. Graded as A5, the highest grade among all the Japanese beef, Saga beef is characterized by its high degree of marbling, succulence and depth of flavour. Take your pick from charcoal grilled saga beef Sirloin (HK$780 per 100 grams), saga beef hamburger (HK$ 280) and saga beef sashimi (HK$580) daily from noon to 3pm and 6:30pm to 10:30pm.

New Appetizing Buffet at Renaissance Kowloon

There's much feasting to be done with the solid selection of fresh salad, sushi and pasta served up at this brand new lunch buffet. To spice things up, Renaissance's Indian chef, Maniram, has exquisitely prepared various Indian curry specialties including Kukdi Makhani - tandoori herbs and yoghurt butter chicken; Goshti Mirchidar - spicy lamb vindaloo with chili paste; Suri Dhal - yellow pea with tomato, cumin seed and garlic; Jheenga Jal Frezi - prawn with vegetable and Indian herbs. What's more? Chef Maniram will also prepare various kinds of the freshest Indian naan bread instantly in the live-cooking station. Lunch buffet guests will also be entitled to unlimited supply of soft drinks and iced mango tea. This appetizing lunch buffet is available from Monday to Saturday from noon to 2:30pm and is reasonably priced at $HK 98 per person.

Decadent Weekend Lunch at Four Seasons

Supper Buffet Returns at Kowloon Shangri-La

It's never too late for a snack. The supper buffet is a great pick to catch up with friends for an after movie snack. New Tea Sets at Island Shangri-La

Chef de Patisserie Alain Guillet of Island Shangri-La creates a sweeping display of colourful cakes and tarts including favourites such as Frou Frou, Raspberry Millefeuilles and Mozart or new creations like Desir, Envie, Turino, Satine and Papillote in a sleek two-metre linear marble counter with a glass case and framed in rows of macaroons in nine flavours including pistachio, lemon, mandarin, lychee and banana. Alongside this spectacle, guests can find chocolates in a melange of tastes including salted caramel, cinnamon milk, ginger and green tea. Apart from the popular traditional English-style tea set, Island Gourmet is introducing 2 new high tea sets for guests, the Asian and Shangri-La tea sets, which are available daily from 3 to 6 p.m. and are priced at HK$188 for one person or HK$348 for two persons, including a choice of Ronnefeldt tea or Lavazza coffee.
